We do our best to provide services within a short period of time but the time scale is not guaranteed.

Whilst carrying out the service, we seek to minimise all the risks but we are not responsible for any data loss, please ensure your data is backed up before the service.

Operating System / Office Installation
(a) We only install genuine OS / Office.
(b) Customer must provide their own OEM Product Key or purchase one from us to use in the service. We reserve the right to refuse the service if the OEM Product Key cannot be provided or purchased.

Custom Build PC
(a) Price excludes hardware or software costs.

Smartphone Screen Repair
(a) This is an appointment based service. Due to the parts are not always available. Delivery may take up to 2-5 working days.
(b) Any cracked waterproof or water-resistant phones may no longer keep their water resistance after being repaired.
(c) The prices for this service mentioned on our website not included or come with any warranty. Limited warranty can be purchased separately. (Prices vary for different brands/models)
(d) For iPhone X screen replacement, we only use normal LCD screen not OLED screen.

Personalised Cup / Cushion Design
(a) Price includes designing and item costs.
(b) Cushion design printed on 1 side only.
